Can you guess what we're having for dinner? YUP....chicken!!
I just finished getting it all ready to go in the oven so I can sit here and relax for about half an hour.
It's an easy meal and I just put some boneless chicken breasts in my baking dish, salt and peppered them and added some McCormicks Montreal seasoning on it. I do love McCormacks seasonings and this particular one for chicken gives it a nice flavor.
Side dishes will be a roasted head of cauliflower and baked potatoes.
My daughter is working a bit late so I prepped everything and will get it in the oven soon. Usually I prefer the crockpot/slow cooker or my air fryer but this just sounded easier since it all can go into the oven.
What's your favorite seasoning?

favorite seasoning, that is a bit like which one is your favorite child lol. Probably garlic. I have wanted to try that chicken dish that Daddy Evil posted.

Daddy Evil comes up with some good dishes. Wish I lived closer to him and I'd be inviting myself to dinner

I usually put some paprika on my chicken in addition to some garlic and herb spice I've been trying lately. Very good! As a little pizazz to it

Slow cooking is a winner in my book too. My oven must be in shock to be cooking a whole meal in it tonight

Long ago and far away, when I used to cook... I'd put the chicken in a small roaster and dump just about everything from the spice rack on it.

I don't think I have a favorite seasoning. I love rosemary in all my baked and grilled food.
