Missed it by eight cents, and some stats

I'm not worried about missing it as I'll have a nice head start for June. Not sure whether I can get ten dollars or not. I did so once when I had a good head start.
I worked last night and it was slow all day until supper time when it got busy and stayed busy until I got off. I worked an extra hour.
I got home are some salad and chicken and thought about mylotting an extra hour before bed but I knew I had to get up early today, so I went to bed instead.
I thought I'd share a couple stats with you, something I've never done before.
My best post this month was the one about air fryers. That got 26 responses. The one where I forgot to plug in my crockpot got 17 responses. The rest averaged around ten which is my norm.

@LadyDuck I'll be busy with work but not as busy as last year since I'm working part-time at my cashiering job. But we're down one employee with the business so maybe it'll seem about the same.

@MarshaMusselman 50 cents in a day is not bad. These days mylot is a bit slow as I don't see a few people here who used to be active on the site.

I don't know that I've ever gotten that many responses before this, but I didn't look back to years past.
I did have several good days here where I made between forty and fifty cents but the last two days while I was here some I was also working.

@sjvg1976 unfortunately, I don't make fifty cents every day. Right now I've made this in two days and sometimes it's only pennies on a daily basis.

I tend to be able to make payout, and surpass it a bit each month. But it really does depend on how active I am. Obviously for the past couple of weeks for me I have been less active due to Covid and then a work trip and a weekend casino trip with the wife and mom.
I suspect June should be okay.

If I don't make it today or in June something is wrong

@MarshaMusselman It is possible many businesses may opt for dirty windows to save money considering inflation. But who knows. I hope both the business and MyLot pick up for you.

@porwest we have six regular businesses that we do monthly. Most we've had for over five year some over ten. But most of our customers are residential. Some of those we've done over twenty years.
Some stay with us others nice out quite needing our services for whatever reason. We always get new customers each year is only a handful.

I've never thought of keeping track of how I do monthly. Maybe I should because it seems interesting. I'd work more online if my computer would stop freezing so much. I lost a whole day yesterday because it froze and I couldn't get it to unfreeze.

@JordanLader it works be easiest to do in a small notebook or spreadsheet. Then you can compare month to month. When I was in bubblews I kept stats of my responses and likes and other things but I've not done that here.

That's interesting that both those responses were about cooking and appliances. I'll read anything about food and cooking

I had a set goal too. We all do. All I wished to do for last month was reach mine, but I surpassed it yesterday by $1.15. I think this is the most I have banked and the first time I have done so since $2016. But There have been long periods of time when I have been absent too. I’m sorry you missed your goal. Maybe you will hit it this month.

Well, since I only have eight cents to go I know I'll get the minimum for June. I should even get it today. I might try for double that which I've done once our twice when I had a huge head start.
1.15 in a day is excellent. I don't think I've ever done more than fifty some cents in a single day. But I don't remember and rarely look.

26 is a lot of responses and 17 is good too. I check some of mine out at times to see how many responses I get. I cannot remember the most I got. I can understand why you went to bed instead of coming here because you had to get up early. If I have to get up early then I go to bed very early too. At least you can make payout this month and get paid next month. I do not always make payout. I have not made $10 in ages.

It's been at least a year and maybe more since I've made ten dollars but when I do I always have a head start from the month,s before. I've never made the ten after reaching payout the previous month.

Because of internet problems l missed quite a number of days in May - and l post just once a day. So l barely made it by 'the skin of my teeth' ( idiom) Yesterday morning l needed another 3 cents which l made by midday. You'll have double figures next payout.
