Why present it this way? Is it because people in China enjoy eating insects? Honestly, I find it quite unpleasant.

I would have trouble eating that, even if it is eggplant and cabbage! Someone did a very good job sculpting it into an insect!

It's rich in protein. It's a seasonal food we have here. It's too tasty and crispy.
