Didn't get anything accomplished this weekend. Don't know what this week will bring as hubs has to get the echeck, license plate stickers and his driver's license. Did you do anything exciting over the weekend? We did manage to get a little bit of rain; and the temps are supposed to drop starting tomorrow. Breakfast - None Lunch - Tomato penne soup and Mandarin oranges Dessert/Snack - 1/2 brownie and decaf coffee Dinner - Protein bar and raspberry yogurt What did you have to eat yesterday? We didn't do anything this weekend... I didn't even cook. Just cut up watermelon and made a bowl of chicken salad. I was lazy. The forecast still shows that we have a 40%, 60% and 80% chance of showers/thunderstorms over the next three day, respectively, with the temps staying in the mid-80s. We still have solid cloud cover now. I had watermelon for breakfast, a peach and a chicken salad sandwich for lunch and a chicken salad sandwich for supper. (I really like chicken salad.) I hope you enjoy your day.

I love chicken salad too. The temps are supposed to start going down on Tuesday. We may have a couple days of 70s!!!!!! I hope you enjoy your day too.

Some people like to leave everything till the last minute. I'm not one of them though. The errands will still be there even if you choose to ignore them.

Those are yummy tomatoes. Yes, I had an exciting Korean dinner last Saturday. I have eaten veggie salad for dinner yesterday and a Greek yoghurt.

One thing that always happens on these family trips is that we buy way too much food for the house. As such, since I was the only one who drove down, my truck goes home, and we get the coolers and all the other food that was left. No one really ever wants any of it back so we wind up with pretty much all of it. It's literally a ton of food. lol Anyway, I had some fresh broccoli we brought back and we had some more leftover fish from our Monday fishing trip. I cooked up the broccoli in the wok with some onion and teriyaki sauce and we had that with more of the leftover fish.
