Lamb with Mint Jelly

I've never been to a restaurant that served lamb with mint jelly. I've only eaten lamb a few times and never been served mint jelly with it. (I like lamb that is still hot from the oven but once it cools off, it tastes weird to me and I don't want it. Even heating it up again in a microwave it still tastes funny.) Mostly, I've eaten lamb burgers at carnivals and fairs.

I'm a vegetarian, but maybe I take a bite for this one.

When I was growing up, my grandmother made lamb with mint often. I loved it. Now lamb is often hard to find, and if I do find it, it's so, so expensive. So it's a huge treat. So glad it was good and you enjoyed the company and the food!

I like lamb with meat sauce, as it is prepared in the UK, not a fan of mint jelly.
