Can you believe that the cat I adopted does the same. He comes with me in the garden, looks if I am going up the stairs and go ahead, then stops and check if I am really following.

@LadyDuck They are so funny when they do that. Dixie gets so excited when we come out together around mid-morning but if only one person comes out she doesn't show the same interest. And we've started spelling out W A L K sometimes. lol

She is a funny dog. She runs on ahead but then waits for us. Sometimes she comes back to see why we are taking so long!
