I´m in the second week of my vacation. Thanks to @DaddyEvil my feet are not as swollen. He gave me some good advise and I have followed it.
Yesterday I went to the casino to drink the most expensive free glass of Scotch
I played slots (and lost) while waiting for my free drink. When it finally arrived, I had lost all the money I wanted to lose and a bit more so I brought the drink to the apartment and shared it with Diego.
And I decided not to go to the casino again. There is an online fake casino online where you play with virtual chips instead of money. If you lose them all, you can buy a lot more for a couple of dollars and they last you the whole month.
Today I will cook a risotto and will go to the beach. I might even buy some flip flops for me. The sandals I brought are too big now that my feet are less swollen.
What are your plans for today?
I´m adding an old picture of myself in Aruba. I don´t like pictures of myself anymore

I'm glad the advice helped you. Walking is a lot easier when your feet aren't as swollen.
At least you got a really good glass of scotch! (And I wouldn't consider it "free" if you lost the money you brought to gamble with.
)
Oh, it's nice there's a cheaper way to gamble there.
I have to take Pretty for a doctor appointment in Monett and then go to Springfield so the nurses can vampire me again for more tests.

@DaddyEvil Sometimes it is better to insist. I would not be here if I had not insisted that something was wrong with me. Only the last of many exams (a biopsy) showed the doctors that I was right. I had a lymphoma and had to undergo chemotherapy. Ten years have gone by and I´m still here.

I suggested she elevate her feet while she slept. The feet should be 6 inches above the level of your heart.

I remember when I took out the tub in the bathroom and had a big shower instead. It was crazy for some time because I even had to take out a window. But I´m happy with it. My shower is very good now that I´m older.

Nothing wrong with the way you look, but I know what you mean. lol. As for casinos, you know the old saying, "Casinos are not built by winners." They are still fun, of course, but yeah, those free drinks are a bit of a misnomer to say the least.
