Fad or Fashion?

As you know, from time to time I will bring you a new fad or fashion that I find on the internet. I always keep my eyes open for something I find really "out there".
Today's entry is called a circle beard. I can't imagine getting one of these; and I certainly can't see going on a job interview looking like this.
What do you think? Is this something that you men would try? What do the women think about this?
