It is not freezing here, yet

Looking at the forecast for the next ten days, we will have a night or two in the 40's F. Not cold enough to freeze anything.
I began doing some repotting and cleaning up of plants to bring them in for the winter. For a change I am planning ahead.
Temperatures in the daytime are reaching mid 80's so that is very pleasant. I can appreciate the current weather.

Always good to think ahead. Today it will be in the 70s here. It's been windy and grey so not long until freezing will set in.

We've hit upper 40s a few times and it appears like we'll be in the mid-40 sometime this next week. I still need to go out and work on the plants that need to come back inside for the winter. I haven't even started repotting them yet.

I have a lot of things cleaned out already. The last couple of weeks we have had 40s for lows. But our highs are not climbing above 70 at the most a lot of days.

I think by mid of November or start of Dec you will have freezing cold.
We still have rain every alternate day.

We have freeze warnings in the state (Ohio); but not for our area along the Lake. Our temps won't be more than 70 this week. By Friday they will drop into the 50s again. It's been quite a chilly fall.

It's good that it's not freezing yet. You can enjoy the current weather a bit longer.
We don't need to bring our plants indoor. They stay safe and healthy wherever they are throughout the year.
Good that you are thinking ahead and getting prepared.
