Nothing much going on here until Monday. I have three doctor/hospital visits next week. We have a 10% off coupon plus we have 2 Rewards on our account for Red Lobster. We will have to go before 11/21 to take advantage of both; so we may go there next weekend. I have gift cards that I have earned and some PayPal $ to cover the meal. Do you like Red Lobster?
What is going on in your part of the world?
Breakfast - Apple Cinnamon cereal bar
Lunch - KFC chicken, coleslaw, corn, mashed potatoes, biscuits and honey
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate pie and decaf coffee
Dinner - Apple Cinnamon cereal bar

I'm allergic to seafood. I used to love eating scallops until they put me in the hospital. My face, mouth and tongue swelled up until I could only get a little air. The ER doctor had to keep giving me anti-allergy meds until my tongue and face finally went down and I could breathe.
I are some pecans for breakfast, had some spaghetti with meat sauce for lunch and then had a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for supper.
It is 18F at 5 am and cloudy. I hope you have a warmer day than is predicted for my area.

@Hanbinandaeyo I really liked seafood, too. I was so upset when the doctor told me I couldn't eat it anymore.
It's cold too early this year and we've had snow already, which doesn't normally happen until Christmas. The weather is just strange.
I hope the weather there settles down soon for you.

@CarolDM Thanks, Carol. I've had a heart murmur for as long as I can remember. The doctor said it was just my parts getting old (this was about 25 years ago)....but my doctor felt that because SHE doesn't have any record of it (I was going to a different doctor) she wants a new EKG. Whatever.

Hubby and I went to the India House restaurant for lunch. Tasty. I had Tandoori shrimp. That dish reminds me of fajitas from a Hispanic restaurant. I mean, the shrimp comes sizzling to the table on a super hot skillet and wooden board- hot fried onions and green bell peppers, too. Nicely cooked rice in the center of the table. Naan bread, too. The naan bread that I like has raisins and nuts in it. Almost a dessert bread. I had a heck of a time finding near by parking so we got in a mini walk to the restaurant. Its awful how a block's walk lands me in pain.

@LindaOHio This is why I keep going to the pool. These days I'm mostly sitting on the pool steps but my legs are out in front, kicking etc. Freedom! Kind of floating. Hurts but so much more freely moving.

They sure do. It's very expensive though. We usually have a stuffed mushroom appetizer, then I have a double order of clam strips, grilled bay scallops, mashed potatoes, Cheddar Bay Biscuits and Brussels sprouts. YUM!

I love seafood .
One of them is lobster, but we don't get them often cause it was quite expensive here..
I had instant ramen, egg, luncheon meat and dried smoked fish for breakfast
Luncheon meat and fish at lunch
And just milk and some slice of pizza for dinner tonight..
I don't have the appetite
Weather today was crazy, as it goes sunny and few minutes it's raining, then sunny again..
My laundry won't dry fast because of it hehe

We love Red Lobster. We get a mixture of shrimp, crab, and lobster. Yum! We may do that for New Years day if we can get it delivered.
I haven't had KFC for ages. We used to have one just across the main street from us. Now the only one in town is clear across town. Miles away. I think they do deliver though.

They do have fish, but not perch. We love seafood and always order enough to have another meal at home.

My sister made a Mississipi pot roast in a crock pot in the camper while we tooled around Springfield for the day. When we got back she made a colored pepper and onion mixture with butter and we made sandwiches with the meat, the pepper mixture, provolone cheese and it was delicious.
