Meals - 11/29/22

Today the temperature is going to take about a 20 degree Fahrenheit drop (6.6 Celsius) by noon and it will be rainy and windy. Today's the day I go for my Bone Density test. What are you doing today?
Breakfast - Oatmeal breakfast bar
Lunch - I had the last of the turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and a roll
Dessert/Snack - Cheesecake and decaf coffee
Dinner - None
What did you eat yesterday?

@LindaOHio - We need to go grocery shopping tomorrow, but we go around noon, not early in the morning.

I would trade temps with you. 
It's 16F here this morning. But we're supposed to be back up to 55F this afternoon.
Nothing going on here today except me going to sleep... I didn't get enough sleep yesterday. We spent half the day at the eye doctor's office... He prescribes some prescription pain relievers for my eyes and wants to see me again in three months.
I ate some chicken nuggets and cottage cheese for "breakfast" at about 1 pm yesterday, some pizza rolls for "lunch" around 4 pm and half a turkey and Swiss sandwich around midnight last night for supper.
I wish you luck with your test today.

@LindaOHio The forecast keeps changing here. Not sure why that's happening, though. Possible low tonight is 26F. Clouds have been rolling in all day and they look ready to dump something on us at any time. Possible rain turning into white stuff closer to morning.
Walmart still hasn't gotten the prescription drops in yet.

@DaddyEvil I hope you don't get any s**w!!! It hurt because I had to lie flat on my back; but I survived. Thank goodness it only lasted about 15 minutes. I hope your drops come in soon.

It will be in the 40s and 50s the next few days. For December, I'll take it! I wish someone could recommend something for your eyes besides surgery. Thanks. I'm glad the test is over.

Whew! that's too cold for me. I couldn't survive also with very low temperatures. Tonight, I plan to do some writing. I hope I succeed.
My brunch was fish sauteed with onions and tomatoes plus rice.
For dinner, it is meat with lettuce and rice.
Dessert would be sweet rice cake cooked by my DIL .

I am not sure what the rest of the day holds, but it was 57 yesterday and it is at 25 this morning. Ugh. Oh well, spring is right around the corner (at least that is what I tell myself).
For dinner last night I made teriyaki baked chicken thighs and had broccoli and stuffing on the side.
