How I Met My Wife

Hola Guys, how are you today? Its raining outside, a lot of my friends said that Chinese New Year is coming soon so the rain mean full of blessing. I hope that too, that all of us get the blessing to face 2023. Last nite, i read a post from my friend, Erly, she ask are you married because of love or interest? I answer her question with long story about how i met my wife. So, January 27th will be our 5th years anniversary as husband and wife. I still remember i knew my wife form Whatsapp Group about movies, but we never got a chance to met. Until i had an event at her city and i asked her to meet me there. She come with her bestfriend and i gave her some gifts from the event and we took picture together for the first time. Long story short, she got the chance to visit Jakarta (i used to work here) and she text me and said she want to meet me. And i took her to several places and i buy her lunch too. FYI, i never buy a girl lunch for no reason (unless she is my long time friend). And she was the first girl that got special treatment. I also accompany her at the rain station and waiting for her train to back to Bandung (and i never did this before with a girl that i just knew for several months). And i called her 3 hours later to make sure she was safe and sound. It took me 3 months to realize that i got feeling for her, i'm in love with this girl. One night, i called her and i asked her to marry me. The first reaction i got "dont make fun of me". I said that i was being serious and i want to met her parents to ask for their permissions. After i met her parents we started the preparation of our wedding, its only took 3 months for preparation and everything going well back then. And now we are married for 5 years with 1 daughter who turn 4 years old last month. I am so lucky to have them in my life. And i will make sure that they get the best in life (at least i'm trying so hard to make it).
