No ball games for me on this cloudy Saturday. No walking picked on Rufus dog, either.
A migraine moved in last night. Ibuprofen takes care of the headache part. Does not take care of the exaustion or faint headed feeling or the sensitivity to light. I sleep for a few moments then I'm awake. Of course I fed cats. Of course I ate some Scottish shortbread. Butter and sugar. Got to love it.
I have tidied a bit. Not doing much else until this migraine tide recedes a bit. Should be out of here by tomorrow. Should be. Goony me for sure.

Have you tried sinus relief pills, I find they help Best. I hope the headache is gone.

I'm sorry you get migraines. I do as well, and it wipes me out for awhile. Not a fun time.

Hopefully, it leaves you quickly. I do so love the Scottish shortbread. Yum!

I've had migraines off and on for years. I take a muscle relaxant (Soma) for it. It puts me to sleep for eight hours and, when I wake up, the migraine and its attendant feelings are gone.
I hope you feel better soon.

@DaddyEvil My house would be without a roof if I slept for eight hours.

@DaddyEvil Rufus would probably do something stupid and the cats- I heard a loud noise last night when I was trying to sleep. Fred cat gets hungry and knocks things off counters. If I take a muscle relaxer and get totally conked out, the house will be in huge trouble.

I hope that headache retreats quickly. My daughter started taking a self-injected prescription about
two years ago that has really made a difference in frequency and pain for her.
