Meals - 2/11/23

The heat is still on and we still have hot water. Life is good. Next week the guy will come to put the camera down the drains and to jet all three drains. Then the guy will come to install the hot water heater. Until then, nothing much will be going on.
Will you be watching the Super Bowl today? Are you rooting for any team in particular. We are planning on watching. I guess I want the Kansas City Chiefs to win.

Breakfast - Oatmeal square
Lunch - White bean soup
Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Swiss/American toasted cheese sandwich

Not a sports fan as you know. The wife is the one into that. We have an interesting dynamic in our house. She will probably watch the Super Bowl and I will make sure to find something else to do.
For dinner I made a shrimp stir fry. I have been getting big shrimp in 2 lb packages from Ruler for $14 and they are very convenient—and I like the price.
I just take out what I want and thaw them and keep the rest in the freezer.

@rebelann No good news. He found an obstruction in the yard too. After spending all this money, we will still have to have the yard dug up. :-(

I don't watch sports... I've just never been interested in them.
I ate a breakfast burrito, a bowl of the cheesy pasta with ground beef I made the night before and beef taquitos yesterday.
