Got the trip to the clinic out of the way yesterday. Yay! Knock one thing off the list. My results were posted this morning. Everything was normal except for my Cholesterol. For those of you that ask, gas was $3.19. We are still planning on going to Red Lobster this weekend to use the coupon we received unless the weather is too bad. Hubs has a doctor's appointment today; and I put together a large order for him to pick up at Walmart.
**19** days until spring! Our daffodils are starting to come up; and sunset is around 6:15 now. Cool!
Breakfast - None - Had to fast for my labs.
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Turkey, dressing, corn, green beans, apricots
Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon roll and decaf coffee
Dinner - Protein bar
What did you eat yesterday?

@marlina — I think they’re out of this world. I’m not a sausage snob, though, so turkey sausage is fine with me!

It's always a good feeling when you get good results from labs. Hope your cholesterol wasn't too bad.
My dinner was similar to your lunch (turkey, stuffing, green beans and mashed potatoes. All leftover from the other night)

@LindaOHio - My husband has a slightly high cholesterol and it is genetic. The medications do not work and make him sick. I told him to stop and do not care, both his Mom and Dad had high cholesterol and they always had healthy food. My husband also eats healthy. Doctors do not listen.

@LadyDuck My husband's parents ate lard and fatty foods all the time and lived to be 87 and 90.

@LindaOHio That's wonderful, I'm happy I don't have another doctors appointment this month and I think only one next month.

Beautiful scenery. Canada is still on the bucket list. I'd love to run the camper through some of it.
For dinner it was just leftovers. On my plate I had a piece of that baked teriyaki chicken, plus some beef broccoli mixed with the pork fried rice and some chicken mei fun—had a crab Rangoon too. Got rid of some food and it was yummy.

Don't forget you need a passport to travel to Canada. Your dinner sounds good.

@porwest We had talked about going to Niagara Falls; and we would need a passport to stay on the Canadian side. We don't have a passport.

@LindaOHio That looks cool from the outside. We went to a butterfly place there (I believe) but not here.

We got our large order from Walmart yesterday. We have a dinner from Red Lobster coming in our future too.
Your picture taken in Vancouver, BC is so green and lush. I have some grand memories of our visit there.

@Juliaacv That's about 6 inches. That's quite a bit. Typical of March...ice or heavy, wet s**w.

Glad most of your results were good. Yesterday I cooked meatballs and gravy with rice and fried green beans. Dale's frying some catfish later today.

@LindaOHio They really were good. The catfish was so good, but I just didn't have much appetite.
