Can I describe two hours of horror in a short post?

I will try. My cell phone takes pictures. My cell phone works as a phone. My cell phone costs me money. My cell phone cannot access YouTube or email. I called Comcast/Xfinity today. The ladies I was transferred to were very nice. I could almost understand the second one. After an hour-and-a-half of clicking this and that on my phone and rebooting, she told me to remove my "sim card" and reinsert it before we rebooted for the seventh or eighth time. She forgot to tell me how delicate a sim card is. It exploded as I tried to put it back in. After fifteen minutes, I was able to find the parts on my floor. I put it/them back in. My cell phone takes pictures. My cell phone works as a phone. My cell phone costs me money. My cell phone cannot access YouTube or email. She said she would send me a new sim card. I had quit drinking. I think I am drunk. I will not go anywhere tonight. I will try not to damage any of my musical instruments. How are you doing?

My phone has disappeared again. I think it stayed behind at church when I left. The pastor will check tomorrow. And e mail me. Because obviously she cannot call me.

I am sorry, at least she will send you a replacement for your exploded SIM card. May be the new SIM card will fix the problems of your phone... may be! Did your phone system performed an update/upgrade?

There is a reason I feel protective about you. LOL. Your helplessness is like that of Charlie Chaplin. LOL If it feels any better, I too don't know how to remove the sim card. But I have younger friends in cell phone shop. I just have to call them over, or walk to their shop. The entire episode would be just 15 minutes for me, including me changing clothes to go to the shop, and returning home and changing back into my home wear. LOL

I don't know whether to laugh, OK, I did laugh, or feel sorry for your ordeal. well, I do but still laughed. It was funny! Not funny you had a sim card malfunction, but how you told it. Hope your replacement comes soon.
