Tomorrow I have my bi-annual eye doctor appointment. We will go to Longhorn Steakhouse after the appointment. Nothing much else going on.
Breakfast - Belvita oat biscuits
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Stuffed pepper, mashed potatoes, peas
Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Turkey and Swiss on a bagel
What did you eat yesterday?

I hope your eye appointment goes well...
I just had my six month checkup at the eye specialist. He increased my medication but said everything looked okay.
I had a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast, some chicken and noodles for lunch and ate some fresh cherries and a black cherry yogurt for supper last night.

I have glaucoma; and I just need to be checked twice a year. I'm glad your appointment went OK. Thanks. I hope you have a good day too!

@LindaOHio The specialist has been checking the little pink thingies in the inside corners of my eyes. When my eyes swell closed, those swell up and stop the natural lubrication to my eyes. He prescribed Restasis twice a day but increased that to three times a day.

@DaddyEvil Restasis is what I use too. I hope using it 3x a day helps.

@LadyDuck My eye pressure tested out 15-16 which is good. My dry eye is under control with prescription drops and Flaxseed Oil.

@MommyOfEli2013 If the high eye pressure goes unchecked, you go blind. I don't know how to explain what eye pressure means.

@LindaOHio I don't really understand what eye pressure means. But hopefully it all goes well.
I hate the pressure tests, at least they don't blow the puff of air into the eye anymore here

I hope that your eye appointment does not show anything.
Our son needs to see an ophthalmologist, I noticed that he appears to have a lazy eye, and I remember when he was a baby I thought the same thing but the doctor did not find it at that time. One of my brothers has a lazy eye and the ophthalmologist advised me that they can run in the family but it would be less likely that my brother's children would have them, which worried me more. I do not know what medical advancements have come about for adults with this in these days.

No Longhorn Steakhouse in NYC as far as I know. But we did pass by it driving in NJ recently.
