Hubs went to his cardiologist appointment yesterday; and the doctor wasn't there. Turns out he only has appointments on Mondays; and they had no record of him having an appointment. Sigh.
Still hoping for some rain today or tomorrow.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, mixed veggies, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffiin
Dinner - DiGiorno pizza

Sorry to hear that, about the appointment. That's a bummer!
The pizza sounds good(depending on flavor) and the garlic bread.

Chicken taco salad for lunch. And for dinner, something different and incredible: I sliced potatoes really thin and put them in the electric skillet with chicken strips for some chicken and fried potatoes. With no added oil/grease it was perfect!!!! I have to get some more potatoes now!!!
I spent the evening watching the storm coverage out of Texas, and that poor little town of Matador. 
The last report I saw said there were only four fatalities; and, given the condition of the cars and that Dollar General store, I consider that a miracle.

I'm sorry that happened.
I ate a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast, ate a peach and grapes for lunch and had a tangerine and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for supper.

Sorry that there was a miscommunication regarding your hubby's appointment, I hope that he was able to confirm a date and that he does not have to wait too long to see the doctor.
I had soup for lunch yesterday.
I didn't feel like cooking last night so we had Chinese food.
