There was 1 winner in the $1 billion Powerball lottery from Los Angeles, California. The jackpot is now at $20 million.
The Mega Millions jackpot is now up to $720 million.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Hot dog, baked beans, grape juice, Mandarin oranges
Dessert/Snack - Cheesecake and decaf coffee
Dinner - Piece of pizza

@lindaohio Dinner here will be my favourite, ratatouille. Aubergine, zucchini, shallots, garlic, Chillies, peppers - what’s not to like?

@LindaOHio - Up to $ 1 million it's free of taxes here. I think that one million dollar is good enough to win.

@LadyDuck It would take us up to $2 million to get a house in the Keys, plus a boat for my hubby. Then before we move, we'd like to fix up our house...then I would like to give a big chunk to St. Jude's Hospital, our local Humane Society, Shriner's Hospital, etc.

After taxes it's around $300 million. I would be happy with $20 million. I'd still have enough to give to charities.

I had yogurt with muesli and fresh fruit for breakfast, spinach salad and chicken for lunch, croissant with jam for a snack, and cereal for dinner.

I drink a protein shake for breakfast, ate a cheese sandwich for lunch and ate a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit for supper yesterday. I also ate some fresh cherries and a tangerine for a snack.

That would be very cool. The cash option would be around $300 million after taxes. Could get that house in the Keys, etc. and have enough to give big chunks to our favorite charities.

@JudyEv Yes it is. I figure we could get a really nice house for $2-$5 million. Average price is $500,000. You don't get too much for that.
