I just got back from the store. As I told Valerie, I was planning on getting some things to make crab stuffed flounder but while I was there, I saw pre made crab cakes on sale. They looked better to me. I think they will be delicious. What will you have?

I have leftover soy crumbles here I made with spaghetti the other night. I need to have that too at some point. I forgot, I need more sauce though.

@snowy22315 I think I'm going to mix the noodles, sauce, and meatballs into a casserole dish and cover it with cheese. Then I'll microwave it until it's hot enough to eat. I'll probably give K more meatballs and have my leftover pepperoni and mozzarella sandwich bit to round out my plate.

@LadyDuck It is fairly easy to get semi affordable crab meat here. They aren't harvested too far away. Friend's brother used to have a property on the Eastern shore of MD that I loved. They were on the water, and had crab pots at the end of their dock. You can only harvest so many per week though. The water is brackish there though...so the crabs weren't as good as real Cheaspeake Bay crabs.

@snowy22315 We ended up not going. We will go today for hubby's birthday. I have to check the menu. They are carried on the website; but you never know what the individual restaurants will carry. And, yes, they are really good there!
