Lunch - KFC chicken coleslaw, corn, biscuit, mashed potatoes
Dessert/Snack - Apple fritter and decaf coffee
Dinner - KFC mac and cheese

KFC mashed potatoes are so good. Their mashed potato bowl with chicken, gravy and cheese (no corn) is my fave there.

The corn was yummy. I mix it into the mashed potatoes.

It's amazing what those glaciers show us. When they're melting its astonishing how many bodies of people and animals from a millennia ago can be uncovered as they melt.
They've uncovered several bodies of people that went missing in the Alps decades ago due to the melt there.

We had ribs last night, and a baked potato. Everything is worrisome right now, global warming, shortages, etc.
