Just waiting for Bob

This is m y first day of Thanksgiving Break. It is the warmest day we will have.
Bob and I decided to have a fun day. We will go to Emporia, which has a small, free zoo. They do a Christmas light display. We will also go to Aldi, and Hobby Lobby. He wants to eat at the truck stop on our way home.
I am already up and ready of course. My body clock still got me up at 5.
I have a load of towels to put in the dryer.
The sun is shining brightly, even if it is still below freezing.

We are going to have to go back. Bob got what he wanted. What I bought for an outdoor Christmas decor did not work. I saved my receipt.

We have had a few days of cold, and snow, but things got all melty today. The rain gutters at school sounded very musical to me as it carried the run off away.

Good afternoon... Our warmest day will be Thanksgiving... Of the three forecasts I check, all of them have my area in the low 60s tomorrow.
We went and got my RSV vaccination, my "lost" BP medication and picked up a turkey one of the apps Pretty uses is paying for. Hopefully, we won't be going out again until Monday some time.
