Can you believe that it's February already? Groundhog Day is tomorrow; and February is 29 days long this year. The sun actually came out yesterday which was nice. It will be in the 40s for the next week. I'll take that for February.
Worked on the taxes yesterday. Should be ready to file by next week.
48 days until spring.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Sloppy Joe, peas, cauliflower, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Brownie
Dinner - Pizza
What did you eat yesterday?

We didn't have any sunshine yesterday, but they are calling for it to be bright tomorrow and for the weekend.
Finally, we could use some sunshine.
Yesterday all that I ate was chicken soup, and as much as I like it, I am getting tried of 'having' to have it because of my sore throat. Hopefully this will leave me soon.

@LindaOHio Thanks, it is okay, I have to deal with it.
I will try to get into a clinic on the weekend to get some meds.

@LindaOHio Spring officially starts the 21st of March, but the Candlemas superstition says that winter stays for 40 days if the sun shines on Candlemas day. It was the case today.

The weather is still cool here in Florida and the sun comes and goes, I had instant noodles. Coming down to the nitty gritty but I am used to it and will make it to grocery day, Welcome to February!

@LindaOHio I can't believe she'll be 52. She really doesn't look it.

@1creekgirl You're not old enough to have a daughter that's 52.

Pizza the last two evenings. Last night was left over. I have had mac and cheese with tuna the past four days in my lunches. Coffee cake with blueberries for breakfast yesterday.

I don't know anyone with a Leap Year birthday besides someone here; and he hasn't posted in quite some time.

January is over but it didn't take the rain when it left. We have another rainy day here and it's really depressing but it certainly is better than snow. They say we'll see the sun over the weekend so that makes me happy.
We had chicken parmesan with spaghetti last night.

We have the same temps. Not happy. It's too warm this winter.
Your food looks good, well, except for the peas.
Yesterday was good. I had Raisin Bran and a banana for breakfast, along with an almond butter and apple butter jam sandwich, on Keto bread. Lunch was a blueberry chocolate brownie at the ADRC and leftover spaghetti squash tuna casserole. Snacks were a macaron from someone at the ADRC, DC Dove Promise, and DC M&M's.

@LindaOHio I would love to. I even looked into it a number of years ago. Unfortunately, I didn't have the funds to move or the vocation they needed.

I completely forgot it's a leap year. Hmm.
For dinner I made baked chicken thighs with stuffing and buttered mixed vegetables on the side. When I post about it later I am sure NJ will poo-poo it because I used some leftover Salisbury steak gravy to drizzle over the chicken before I put it in to bake. lol

@LindaOHio Nope. Not in my book. And they were delicious no matter what NJ might think about that. lol

Now which means 6 more weeks of winter, AKA what we don't want him to see? I know really it doesn't mean anything because the weather is going to weather how it is going to weather! lol
A sloppy joe sounds good, depending what it is in it.
