What brand is your coffee pot?

Mine is Black and Decker. I like it. I have this now for quite awhile. I bought a cheapo to replace my last coffee pot that suddenly went on the blink, but it didn't last very long. This B and D I got on Amazon, and it was competitively priced..but not cheap. I have had this for awhile, maybe 5 years, so far so good. Is there any particular coffee pot brand you are partial to?

My espresso machine is a Pavoni, very old but still very good, I do not believe it's sold in your country.

@LadyDuck Nice, there are some Italian brand machines sold here..but I don't remember the names at the moment. That looks heavy duty.

@snowy22315 - It's an Italian company that also makes the professional coffee machines for the bars. This is my small one, I can also make a real cappuccino using it.

I had a B and D but it did not last long. I was disappointed. I have had several disappointments from that brand on coffee pots as well as from Hamilton Beach. I replaced it with a Salton brand, it is very good. I actually am running some water pots thru it as I just descaled it. The current brand that I bought cost me about 3 times what my former pots ran, and I like it alot better, the sounds are consistent, it doesn't sputter and best of all it has a 14 cup capacity.

I had a bad experience with a Hamilton Beach toaster. It only lasted about a year.

@snowy22315 I don't like that brand, their prices are higher and you think that you are getting something reliable, but you are not.

I have a Mr. Coffee in West Virginia that we’ve had since we bought the home 20 years ago. We have a Black and Decker here.

@snowy22315 I do like it. Our son bought it for us. We had always used Mr. Coffee. I would buy either again.

@Tampa_girl7 Yes, I would too. Any pot that lasts awhile and doesn't leak is fine with me.

I don’t have a brand of coffee as I seldom drink coffee but when I drink coffee, it is either Eduscho, Jacobs, Melitta or Gala coffee. I think they are all German brands of coffee.

I do not favor any particular brand. It had just better work when I need it to. I have used a Melitta filter and done pour overs. . . that makes really nice coffee.

That’s great it’s been 5 years you’ve had it and it’s still working. I have a Keurig but I am not sure if it’s a name brand one or not. I’m not home or I would look.

Currently I have a Ninja which my daughter bought. She wanted one with all the bells and whistles but I could care less. As long as it brews me a pot I'm happy.

I think mine is B&D; but I've never used it. Hubs used to make me a cup of decaf instant every day. Have a good day.

I don't drink coffee, so I don't own one but back when I had one it was also a Black and Decker. Seemed odd they make coffee makers, but it was cheap, and I think I gave it away.

Well, they make a variety of products and I don't know that it is that much of a stretch. It seems to be a good, durable one for the $.

@snowy22315 True. I just see their name and think tools but I'm sure they make other things too. And yeah, it did last a long time and then I gave it to someone, and they had it for quite some time.

Black and decker sounds like a good brand. I don't have a coffee pot but I'm open to knowing the best brand.

I have a Cuisinart with a thermal pot. I think this my 3rd one. They usually last 3-4 years for me. I love the model with the thermal pot as it doesn’t have the standard glass carafe sitting on a hot plate so the coffee stays hot without getting that old burnt taste.

Sounds interesting. The coffee never gets super hot with this B and D..but that is OK with me. I don't need it scalding.

@snowy22315 I hate it when coffee is almost boiling hot. I want it hot, but I don't want to fry my mouth with it!

My parents use a coffee pot. We don't have a coffee pot, we just have a kettle and we boil water and pour it over instant coffee and that's it!

I have a back up here in case of emergency. When I ran out and bought a pot last time, I didn't realize I had a spare here. Now I know I do, although I am sure it leaks or something.
