He didn't call last night; so I don't have anything new to pass on.
We will be visiting him today and bringing him his latest list of things that he wants. He also wants some food from Burger King.
One thing I forgot to tell you. They weighed him; and he's gained a few pounds!!!
He ended up calling me at 2 am. He was waiting for a full charge on his phone. I'm always up; so that wasn't a problem. He is still coughing a lot. They are still giving him breathing treatments.

@porwest Yes. We were talking last night; and he wants to go to Longhorn Steakhouse or Red Lobster so badly!

It sounds like you’re being a really supportive presence for him. I hope the visit and the Burger King food bring him some comfort. It’s good to hear he’s gained a few pounds, though I hope his coughing improves soon. Keep hanging in there, and I’ll keep sending positive thoughts your way.

No. The food is terrible. He eats as much of it as he can.

Glad he’s gained a few pounds, especially after eating half of the chicken supply for KFC. 
I’d be freaking out if my phone rang at 2 AM, but I’m glad you’re up and used to it.

Anything is better than what they feed him...and sometimes they don't give him a meal at all.
