10/12/24 - Update On My Husband

Well today is the day that he finally comes home...he's been gone since February 1. Hard to believe. He didn't call last night which kind of ticked me off. We had things to discuss.
His 2nd and 3rd cousins will be here to help him into the house. His 2nd cousin will be staying to have pizza and Chinese with us to celebrate our belated anniversary and his homecoming. I will feel so much better when my husband is in the house. I have been stressing about that for days.
Grab bar guy said he screwed up and will be here on Monday...we shall see.
Thank you so much for your continued support, prayers and thoughts. It's been a long haul.

@LindaOHio Will he be needing more physiotherapy, and if so, how do you arrange it...would you need to go elsewhere, or would the physiotherapist drop in like he does here..

I am glad you have people to help your husband in. I imagine he is nervous and anxious as well. I just know that the two of you will be better together than apart.

It sure has been a long haul. I can't believe it's been since February 1st. I'm very happy for you that your husband is finally coming home to you. I hope his recovery continues progressing well once he is back in your home.
