Do you edit typos in MyLot posts when you catch them?

I am a decent speller. But not a good speller. I also have eyes that are failing in my dotage.
To compound the issue, I have words that I simply cannot remember how to spell, like "restaurant" and "kumquat."
Plus my keyboard is old, archaelogically (sic) old, so I often misspell things.
Yep, I edit typos when I catch them. But I sometimes fail to catch them.
How about you?

@TheHorse Mee neether.
--------Impressive. I usually have to talk to Trump supporters to see that quality of spelling.

Most of the time I don't catch my typos until after I've posted something and my computer reads the post back. I find it a pain to edit so most of the time I just don't bother.

We have exchanged quite a few comments. And I hardly found anything missing or wrong there. You are there almost always. And you won't also find anything wrong from my side, because I keep editing with autocorrect, on the way.

I hate typos so if I find them in anything I write, even if it’s not recent, I will edit if that option is available.

Don't feel bad, I do the same thing myself, I use a online keyboard
it spells the words I'm looking for so it helps with misspelled words.

@2ndchances24 I call it "selective OCD." I don't like seeing typoss (sic) in my posts. But they happen.

Yes, I edit. I find my hands involuntarily inserting spaces from time to time, and some words my fingers always tangle on, like always is often spelled awlays or some such.

I get most of them before they get posted, but if I notice one later on, I will go back and correct it.

That is a great picture!
When did you shot that?
I am a bit "particular" about the spellings.
However, I still tend to go off the mark at times.
So when i go through them again, I do rectify them.
One more thing: I think I capitalize words more than often!
If you notice that someday, do let me know !

I ALWAYS quickly change any typos I see because I'm very anal and a good speller. Have a great day.

I do when I am on the laptop, unless I'm just in a bad mood. If I am myLotting from my phone it usually corrects most of them. Sometimes I do voice to text, and it doesn't pick up on them. So sometimes those slide.

@TheHorse On my phone I do. It's easier. I just got a microphone and I might try to use it on my laptop.

It's fine. Humans are fallible. When I am in the mood, I do edit the typos and when I am not I simply don't. Most of all, I don't notice and everyone is nice here so nobody points it out as well

Looks like you don't use any autocorrect feature. That's why you need to go and edit the words. For example, if I'm typing "teh" it'll correct to "the" automatically. It happens with the flow. It saves time.
Also, you would hardly find any mistakes in my typing because autocorrect always helps me. Also, I take care before posting that everything is in place.
You do not respond to my discussions. Otherwise, you could have found a similar discussion that I had started about missing easy spellings.
Anyway...

If I come across a response or comment of mine that has a typo, I always correct it. Can't help myself.
