What item out of your reach would you like to try?

I was thinking of all these ridiculously priced items (I saw $100 toothbrush the other day) I’ve seen lately, and was thinking that even if I had the money I would not buy them. However, what if you DID have the money? Besides a house or car, which overpriced item that you’ve seen would you buy?

@AmbiePam Hubby talked about us taking a cab to the northern point where we'd be beyond the super heavy traffic and we could then get a rental car. That would be a couple hundred for the cab then more for the rental car. I'd love to be up in the north again, where there are huge green fields then huge fir trees......

Can’t really think of anything. Might try staying in a “luxury hotel” once.

I can't think of anything except a new truck. You said no cars
. And trucks cost more now than we gave for the house.

Well, we cannot buy time, so that is out. Maybe some fancy indoor growing system would be fun.

How about a T-bone steak? I wouldn't mind splurging sometime if I knew it would be good, but the last steaks we bought (to cook at home and in a restaurant) were very tough and too awfully expensive.

Those Dyson hair tools! Honestly, they’re ridiculously expensive for me — I know you're paying for the brand and quality, but still. I’ve always felt that other hair tools can get the job done without the hefty price tag. That said, if money weren’t an issue, I’d definitely love to try one.

That's a good topic to talk on. I have seen many famous celebrities using those daily routine items like we do, but at a far more unbelievable cost. The basic question is why on earth are these items so exaggeratedly costly? Do they even deserve that cost?
But coming to your question, I would probably buy some costly items. But really not over-priced ones. I might still not buy such articles.

).
