India is getting ready for war

Al is not told to us but the TV splashes news about some cities practising black out and all other drills that are required to be put in use should there be a war
It has all to do with the killing of tourists at Pahalgam, Kashmir not so long ago and Pakistan's continous bombarding at the LOC
Where I live everything is peaceful and I only hope thiese are just drills and drills they shall remain

There are conflicting reports from those who were there on holiday in Pahalgam in that they did not find anything untoward when it came to terrorists. Who could have initiated it is a question on everybody's mind

In my city. Some mock drill was practiced in some parts of the city but everything is peaceful.

I have been trying to follow our news on this. Very concerning, I hope the drills are, as you say, just drills and you never have to put them to use.

I don’t have the right words to say. I have two friends who are from India and have family there, but they are citizens here now. They are very worried. Take all the precautions you can. Have some extra water and some non perishable foods if you need them, too.
