Nothing much to report. I think I've zeroed in on the headstone that I want. It looks pretty good...palm tree and water on one side and a cross and ivy on the other. The middle has an intertwined set of rings with the date of our marriage, then "Together Forever", "See You in the Keys".
Happy Mother's Day to those of you with children or fur babies!!!
Breakfast - PB&J
Lunch - Turkey/cheddar sandwich and chips
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich
I will have something out of the freezer today. Maybe that sausage gravy pot pie.

Yesterday I had two boiled eggs for breakfast, I made Cheddar cheese noodles and steamed broccoli for lunch and I don't think I ate anything for dinner last night.

I love salads. I used to make a huge bowl of broccoli, carrots, hard boiled egg, chicken, etc...no lettuce. It was sooooo goood.

For whatever reason, shopping for headstones doesn't appeal to me. Perhaps it's the old horror writer in me and a story I wrote once called, "The Calling." In any event, I hope you find something you like.
For dinner, we had a bit of a busy day, and got done later than usual, and so I just decided to order Chinese. I had beef pepper steak and wifey had orange chicken. Then we had pork fried rice and egg rolls, crab Rangoon, chicken mei fun, shrimp lo mein and fried scallops with it.
Good eats and only set us back about $63 with delivery and tip.

That sounds very nice. We just had some cottage cheese and potato salad. Not hungry, just tired from the renovation.

I went across the river yesterday and had lunch at Chuy’s over there (chicken taco & rice). Chicken veggie soup for dinner. Fiber, fruit cocktail (ha, surprised you!), and yogurt!

I do love the Together Forever, I had that engraved on the inside of my husband's wedding band along with the date that we were married.
Yesterday we used up the last of the black forest ham that I baked last Sunday. I had a whole wheat wrap with ham, Swiss cheese, mayo, lettuce and cucumber. It was delicious, but really filling for a mid day meal. I made breaded shrimp for supper, I only had 3 of them and 3 tater tots, 3 was my number for supper last night I guess.

We had a roast chicken dinner yesturday .... my favourite meal. Then my Moms home made cheesecake. yum yum yum.
