And I´m eating it with just about everything.
I am feeling better but not well still. And the heater is on as the day has been chilly.
Tania sent me videos from Sevilla but nowhere did she say Happy Mother´s Day. 
And Dixie is in Hamburg waiting for their mobile home.

I'm sorry Tania forgot. When someone is busy, it's easy to forget someone at home.
I've only eaten ricotta cheese in lasagna. I know it can be used in other Italian foods, though. I've just never made them.

We don´t much celebrate Mother´s Day at home. But she could have called me. Dixie´s eldest daughter always remembers. She is the only one. The other 2 don´t.
