I had that issue too for a few days. I called up a number that said they were not the people to contact but bingo it is working now.

Our provider says that sometimes with the changing seasons there is a problem with the signal, so they sent a guy to change some attachment outside. I hope yours is going to stay working.

@Tampa_girl7 My husband had to trim a few, but we were able to position it right with their instructions. It has been wonderful, high speed and rarely any down time. AT&T isn't even available where we are.

We have AT&T. Too many trees for Starlink. We had to send it back.

Ours is sluggish here for the last few days. My grandson was playing a game with friends and was upset because the internet was lagging. Glad to hear yours is back up anyway.

It is dreadful when you can't rely on internet especially when you need it for work or as a way of keeping in touch with people. Hope yours stays on.
