One of the things I always pick up when I visit Trader Joe's in their Palak Paneer. It is basically spicy creamed spinach with cheese in it. It is under $4 per serving, even now, and it quite tasty. It is in the "frozen Indian food" section at TJ's. I also really like TJ's Lamb Vindaloo. Do you have favorite frozen foods you go to when you don't feel like cooking up something labor-intensive? I d recommend TJ's Palak Paneer.

I am not fond of frozen meals from the store. I try to make extra of certain things, and freeze meals ahead that I fix myself. Much cheaper, plus I know what's in them. I do like Trader Joe's, I just really haven't eaten many of their frozen food dinners. And, unlike you I cannot eat what is termed as ''spicy''...or I will be sick.

My tolerance for spicy may be decreasing a bit with age. But I do enjoy spicy Indian and Thai food.

Yes, I do. Frozen meals are my go-to. I can use the oven or the microwave.

I have never had a microwave. But I am an "old pro" at warning stuff up in the oven.

@TheHorse At least most things offer both options.

That sounds good to me, but hubs would probably not eat it. He is always willing to cook a frozen pizza. I would rather just snack a bit.

I freeze extra when I make something and when I do not feel like fixing something. I fix my frozen food that I fixed.

Yes, I just ate some chicken taquitos for my lunch. They were delicious. (Walmart sells them for $10 for 40 of them. I eat three for a meal.) There isn't a Trader Joe's in my area.

@TheHorse There are only two grocery stores here unless I want to drive 50 miles to another one. We have a Walmart Super Center or an expensive store called. Price Cutter.

That sounds good. I enjoy spinach. Usually have it in an omelet. I've never been to Trader Joe's.

I do not buy often frozen foods, but time by time I enjoy stuffed jalapeno from the frozen department.

We don't usually have frozen meals. Also we don't have a TJ's in the UK. Oh wait ....we do ....we have frozen pizza.

I like to have it made to order - that is fresh from the kitchen. Of course, one can't have that choice always. Palak Paneer is also a healthy side dish.

If it's too spicy, I'd have to pass. I haven't found any frozen food yet that I'm crazy about. Still lots more to eat that either I bought for hubby or he bought for himself.

If Yvonne does not feel like cooking she gets me to do it If I do not feel like cooking I order in but Yvonne does not let me do that very often. We don't have any frozen ready meals in the freezer. We don't buy them at all. I love Indian food, I cook it all from scratch myself

Well I love creamed spinach but have never had Palak Paneer. I always mostly make something out of frozen food like chicken nuggets or pork sausage patties, This time Walmrt stuck me by not having any pork sausage patties so my meals are a bit limited this month,l
