Pancit. That reminds me. Someone here sent me a recipe for it. Used to eat it when I was a kid (we had Filipino friends) and always loved it. I need to get to making some.

Looks really good, rakski. Tonight I’m making stuffed potatoes, you just bake a potato and then load it up with butter, cheese, steak, and sour cream. I have a toaster oven in my room. Enjoy the spaghetti!

I made spaghetti for the son earlier in the week. We hadn't had it for some time, and he really enjoyed it. Tonight we decided on homemade tacos, I will no doubt have mine in the form of a taco salad, one of my favorites.
