Today cousin #2 will be picking up groceries and a prescription, making sandwiches and taking out the trash. We will miss trash pickup today. I wish my life was more exciting and I had a ton of things to talk about. No contractors or projects until the window comes in. I have one post that I wanted to make about game shows; but it's probably going to be a long one.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roll
Dessert/Snack - Triple chocolate muffin
Dinner - Turkey/Provolone sandwich, BBQ chips, ice cream bar

@LindaOHio I went to bed for what I thought was a nap but wound up sleeping for like 7 hours. So now I'm up. I'll go back to bed when I get tired. I don't have anything on the agenda for the day other than spending time at the pool.

@NJChicaa Except for cousin #2 coming over, my day is open too. I need to find some male companionship. I miss that so much!

I had chhole( chickpeas) and chapati for my breakfast. It was heavy and not sure if I can have lunch. I will manage with some tender coconut water. I am filling full.

Yesterday I went whole hog fancy for supper. I opened up a can of black beans and dumped them onto our plates for protein. Also had chopped lettuce, home raspberries and black olives. And buttered wheat bread. Finished with a fudge ice cream bar- kind of popsicle like.

I had chicken taco for lunch, strawberry sorbet then blueberry sorbet for snack, and cheese & tomato sandwiches and apples and fiber and yogurt for dinner.

We had lunch in a shopping centre. I had a very nice crepe with scrambled and smoked salmon and Vince had fish and chips so we just had poached eggs for our dinner.
