Trump asked the president of Liberia where he learned English

because he "speaks such good English". He was hosting the leaders of 5 African countries today and Liberia's president Joseph Boaka was in attendance. Trump had the nerve to ask him where he learned to speak English. . . without knowing that the African country of Liberia speaks English. 
I mean we know that Trump doesn't read his daily intelligence or news reports but couldn't one of his lackeys at least tell him before the meeting which countries speak which languages?

@njchicaa Well you don’t have a monopoly on important people asking dumb questions! My wife had our Secretary for Education ask her how long our daughter had been ‘suffering’ from Down Syndrome!! An aide standing beside the minister gave her a not very discreet elbow in the ribs to shut her up.

Not really surprised.
He is going to get a shock when he comes to Scotland to open his new golf course
We don't like him very much here.
He thought we should because his mother was from the Isle of Lewis
