But not by much. Hubby got his truck dropped off and now we wait for them to call. It will be afternoon at least. The dogs wondered what we were doing when I put them up 
The kittens are getting used to Sh ithead cat slowly. He was here this morning when I fed. They were peeking out at him. It won't be long before they make up with him.

Your sh ithead cat sounds like one of ours. He comes in occasionally and isn't shy about letting us know how unhappy he is. His choice to be an outdoor cat

I’m in the waiting room with two other generations of family nuts

@wolfgirl569 - We always go out together, I do not feel comfortable letting my husband alone now, I fear he gets lost or does something wrong even if left home alone.

I forgot to set an alarm before I went to sleep this morning... I wanted to get out and call the garage for jumpstart and have them try to figure out why the battery keeps dying... We were already too hot by 10 am when I woke up.

@wolfgirl569 Or, wait until Thursday when the temp is only supposed to reach the 80s... I'm sure the mechanic doesn't want to be in the scorching sun, any more than I do.

Well Pedro did his vanishing act again. Some days he stays inside in the middle of the floor all day, then sometimes he makes like a ghost and vanishes.

When the humidity is this high I think about getting the AC checked so we can use it. But then I would be sick from going outside a lot

Pretty soon all the kitties will be best friends.
It's so HOT here today so there's no way I'm doing anything outside. I'm happy to get stuff done inside and let the a/c do it's thing.
