I hate people that complain all the time; but today I'm going to do my share. Yesterday was a very painful day for me. The mammogram was one thing...and they had to take 2 extra pictures; but then they ordered an ultrasound for me...more pain...and then I had to lie flat on the table. My spine cannot deal with that. When I got home I could hardly stand up straight. I took a pain pill and fell asleep for a little bit. I'm still a little stiff today; but I will live! lololol A 15-minute procedure turned into 2 hours. What they found was not cancer; so all is good. Today cousin #3 is supposed to come over and do some things for me. Breakfast - PB&J sandwich Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast and gravy, carrots, Brussels sprouts, biscuit, peaches Dessert/Snack - Banana chocolate chunk muffin Dinner - Chicken/Muenster sandwich, tortilla chips, ice cream What did you eat yesterday? @LindaOHio It was every other year in Switzerland, but no more mammograms after the age of 75.

@LadyDuck That's what I thought too; but they keep saying I need one every year.

I ate rolled oats, a little sugar and almond milk for breakfast, made rotini pasta with beef, onions, bell peppers and broccoli for lunch and ate two sloppy joes for late supper. At least your torture is over for another year. I hope all the tests come back okay.

Oh, Linda. I don’t know how you stood it with so much spine damage. Yesterday, I had a sandwich from Schlotozsky’s . I’m not sure if you have any where you live, but it’s a great sandwich shop. I also had a two oranges. But boy, that sandwich was good: roast beef, turkey, tomatoes, pickles, their special sauce, lettuce, all on sourdough bread.

Your sandwich sounds so good. We have a Schlotozsky's but it's quite a distance away.

Ouch. That was the worst part of the bone density thing: lying flat on a table. Chuy’s in Bowling Green for lunch, baked taters for dinner in Jackson, TN. Fiber and apples and more apples!

That really does sound like it turned into an ordeal and I feel bad that it was so hard for you to have to have an ultrasound in addition. Hope the pain today leaves quickly. Hope cousin #3 gets stuff done for you today.

That's good news! I understand the pain and discomfort you suffered through the procedures, Breakfast was a loaf of bread and water, which reminds me I will have to cook ginger tea again. Lunch - rice and veggies Dinner - the same
