He finally has it set up. Except for the rain gauge. The outside sensor says it should not get wet. Seriously!!! It's supposed to be outside. I put it in a ziplock baggie and hooked that to the window. I will try to find something better before winter gets here.
Planning to pick the tomatoes again today. Then Thursday night I think I will pick the green ones and take them to the auction Friday. They are not blooming much anymore.

@wolfgirl569 - I read more and more ridiculous instructions when I buy products now. I think it's because they fear to be sued, but it's becoming stupid.

Definitely here in Venezuela there is no tomato season for now, that is to say when there is no tomato season there are tomatoes, what happens is that they sell them at a very high price.I guess it's because of the extreme rainy season.When we say there is a season, it means that there is a lot of production, that the production comes of good quality and there we do enjoy a good price in the market.

Looks cool. My alarm clock kind of functions like a mini weather center but it gives indoor temp and humidity. Weather permitting I have the window open though so gives me a good idea of outside temp.

If the company didn't want it to get wet, they should have put that part inside the house.

Good luck with the auction on Friday. Hope you get a good price for those green tomatoes. The gadget in picture looks like some kind of alarm. What is it? If it's supposed to be outdoors, then it has all chances to get wet in rain.

They have been selling good.
It's a weather station. Gives in and outside temperature and humidity. When he sets the rain gauge up it will measure that too.

A friend of mine has one of those, he keeps it inside? Maybe there are different kinds. Not to get it wet if it is supposed to be outside makes no sense at all.
I dearly love fried green tomatoes. I usually make them once at the end of summer.

The picture is the part that stays inside. But a sensor is made for outside but said to keep it dry.
