I just had to share Roscoe's happy face. I get to see this everyday and often he simply does the same to Tuffy, his kitty. I was wondering, are any of you old enough to remember this tune? I love it, it's really beautiful yet I can't understand a word. How about you?

Roscoe is THE best, and I love his pictures. I’m not familiar with that song, but it made me smile.

Thank you. It was released in 1960, long before you were born. I keep hoping a current singer would cover this, to me it's beautiful.

@rebelann I thought for sure I would have heard it on a show or older movie.

Roscoe is certainly a cute dog. Tuffy must enjoy their interactions. I remember this song. I haven't heard it in years. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. Yes, Tuffy loves to play with him. It is such a pretty song. I love the Japanese language but learning it is not easy

It played on our radio stations for months and even on the oldies station in the 70s, here, because of Ft Bliss, we had a fairly large Asian community.

Roscoe is absolutely adorable. The tune to the song is familiar, but it's in another language so I can't understand the words. I don't know why it is--I just listened to several songs and they were in English...but I think it's a happy tune.

If you're old enough you would have heard it back in the early 1960s. It's actually not all that happy, it's about heartbreak
