Cousin #2 said she could stay a little bit extra today to do some of the things that cousin #3 was supposed to do. Cousin #3 texted her mom (cousin #2) on Saturday, told her she didn't feel well and would she call me and tell me she couldn't make it. WTH?
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Chicken/Muenster sandwich, chips, peach yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich
What did you eat yesterday?

If she could text her mom, why couldn't she text you and let you know she couldn't make it?
I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast yesterday, ate some Salted Caramel ice cream for lunch and then made Philly Cheesesteak Skillet Dinner for supper last night.

@LindaOHio Maybe she doesn't like to talk when she doesn't feel good. I'm that way a lot of the time. I MUCH prefer to text rather than talk on the phone.

@DaddyEvil I think she was avoiding talking to me because this was the fourth time in a row that she cancelled.

These cousins….I’m glad #3 can stay a little longer.
Yesterday, I had half an egg roll, but it didn’t stay in my stomach long. After the nausea was gone, I went on to have a very good day with a huge bowl of cream of chicken wild rice soup, and later a bowl of fruit. That soup was so good! Oh, and I had a surprisingly tasty side dish I really don’t know know how to describe.

The usual for lunch, finished up my cheesy rice & a cheese sammich for dinner. Mixed berry sorbet, yogurt, applesauce, fiber!

At least cousin #2 was able to spend some extra time but certainly rude for cousin #3 to not call you directly.
Last night we had spaghetti with breaded and air fried eggplant cutlets.

@LindaOHio So easy to make too. Your cousin could whip it all up in about 10 minutes minus the time to cook the rice, of course. But it would be nothing.

Sorry to hear that about #3 but that's good if #2 will stay longer...
Still need to make a pb&J. We do have uncrustables now, so could just thaw one of those.

Cousin #2 stayed a while after she finished her usual work. It was greatly appreciated.

Its a shame that she didn't involve her mother and just call you directly.
Yesterday was stew for supper.
There is not alot of beef left from our last quarter, I will have to order another one later on today.
There is always a bit of a wait time because we do not need a large animal.
In the meantime I need to get creative as to what I can make with what is left in the freezer.
