Need Internet and TV service for the house

I need to get Internet and TV service for my house. For the Internet I am most likely gonna use Spectrum because it seems cheaper than Verizon FIOS. But as far as TV service goes I don’t know what to do. Spectrum is probably expensive and I don’t need hundreds of channels. There are only a handful of channels that I watch. Seems like each of the channels has their own streaming service. I don’t want to subscribe to a streaming service just to watch one or two shows. And if you add up the rates for all these streaming services it probably becomes costly. Are there any other options that don’t break the bank? The channels I watch (that have my shows) are CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, Food Network, National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, AMC, Magnolia Network, and Hallmark. I may be forgetting some channels.
