"Carpe Diem"

Torrington, Connecticut

Today I woke up feeling grateful and counting my blessings. In the last 4-5 years of my life everything has changed for the better and I thank god for that and my family. The most important part of it all is my mental health has gotten better, iv been more positive and trying to be a better person everyday. Today is one of those days where the weather is crappy but I'm choosing to stay happy and ignore any negative energy! For todays agenda, I'm on the road with my sales rep doing a ride along to visit our top customers at Sikorsky Aircraft. Wishing you all a great day, Get out there and seize the day!

@BACONSTRIPSXXX So true. We always have a choice to be happy, mad, glad or sad. We may feel angry or sad, but we can turn it around into feeling happiness. There is always even the smallest things to feel joy for.

Thank you for the positive message. It is often hard for me to keep a positive attitude especially if the weather is bad, so it is nice for the reminder. Have a great one!

Make every moment worth something. We don't always accomplish it. But striving for it is what accomplishes more things than it does not. Onward and upward.

One of the most helpful things I ever read was that being happy was a choice you made. You could actually choose to get upset or choose to stay positive. For some reason, it really resonated with me and I've tried to remember it ever since.

Its very true Judy, one thing I learned is that is starts in our heads, we choose what we let affect us and it can change our day for the better or for the worst
