A new to me food item

I keep trying to find healthy, easy foods for breakfasts in the morning. When we were at Sam's Club I bought a package of egg wraps. They are made from egg whites, no flour. I have just finished the first of two packages that came in a box together. There is a package of 8 that are plain, but the package I just finished had "everything bagel" seasoning in them. I have eaten them rolled around link sausages, like little burritos. I have also enjoyed them filled with cottage cheese. The name of the product is egglife, and for a quick to fix item it is good and not too pricey. Very good warmed in the microwave and stuffed. I bet they would make good mini pizzas as well. I could probably take whole eggs and make a similar thing but that would defeat the purpose of something fast and easy. The "everything bagel" seasoning was very good.

Those white eggs wraps are very easy to make at home. I make them when I use egg yolks for cakes, so I do not waste the egg whites.

I really like these. My first trying them was in 2021. Where I moved, I can't find them so will have to wait for a trip to the city.

If you make them yourself you won't have to worry about preservatives. If there is no flour l wonder what is used for the base.

I like those egg white wraps, they are good. One time, I even posted here about them. Maybe I didn't stress that they were a lot healthier than the regular flour tortillas, as I didn't get many people that liked the idea. They don't taste like eggs, they were good. We made enchiladas with one package at the time, and they were good.
