Terminix rescheduled without telling me. I waited all afternoon for the tech to come. Finally I called. He will be coming on Wednesday....,maybe.
Today is the day that the permanent filling gets put in my root canal tooth. I still don't understand why the "specialists" couldn't do that.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels, Stuffed pepper, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, grapes, banana
Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, yogurt
What did you eat yesterday?

Maybe they didn't feel comfortable with their skill s. I went to a Halloween party yesterday and had snacks as well as vegan chocolate cake. I also had a small frozen dinner.

I'm sorry you had a root canal. My husband has had two or three in the past 10 years and it's no fun.

Sorry about the tech. Let's see I marinated some chicken fingers in Italian dressing and baked them up with tater tots and later made myself some mac and cheese.

The specialist couldn't do it because it just wasn't special enough, just a waste of his specialness.

I’m of the opinion that the “specialists” couldn’t do it because they’re running the same scam that’s everywhere in the medical profession: they CAN, but why should they when insurance will pay someone else to do it?
Chicken & cheese-stuffed baked potato for lunch. For dinner, I had a frozen dinner from Saffron Road: chicken and potatoes in a Moroccan spice mixture sauce. OOOH, was it good. Even if it caused problems (I know what I can use for my colonoscopy prep next year, let’s put it that way), but it was terrific. (You wouldn’t like it, it’s very spicy.)
Watermelon, fiber, and yogurt!

Hope they get your tooth fixed and it's over and done with.
I love stuffed peppers but haven't had them in quite awhile. Just one of those things I forget about when I'm planning a weekly menu.
This morning I had a protein waffle (2) with sugar free syrup and coffee. It was yummy

Sorry to hear Terminix didn't show up or have the decency to call to tell you. I will reiterate, for the record...fire them.
For dinner I just made a soup with chicken. I am not sure what to call it, so I will just call it a Chicken Taco Sou[ of sorts. I described it in more detail in my latest post if you were curious about the details.
Either way, it was very good eats and onward and upward.

I usually eat boiled eggs for breakfast, and I had chicken for lunch. I didn't have dinner. Although I'm thinking about pancakes now.
