I know without looking how you responded to my post about gravel man; but I plan on asking him if all this niceness was just to get me to invest in his company. If he gets mad, so be it.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - PB&J sandwich, no salt chips, yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie
Dinner - Frozen Meals on Wheels meal - Beef patty, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, corn, fruit cup

I ate three slices of ham with mixed steamed veggies for breakfast, cut oats with sugar and almond milk for lunch and I know I ate supper but heck if I can remember what it was...

If that really was his ulterior motive I doubt he would admit to it. I made some chai apple butter bread yesterday. Very good bread

Good for you.
The usual for lunch, and a great spinach/tomato linguini in pesto sauce from Lean Cuisine for dinner. Watermelon!!! Fiber, yogurt, applesauce.

I think it is a valid question to ask, and of course, you know how I am...I am pretty direct. lol. So, I am onboard with this line of questioning 100% and look forward to hearing how he responds to that.
For dinner, I made slow baked pork loin chops seasoned with some "campfire seasoning" with some Italian dressing drizzled over them and had Spanish rice and a tossed garden salad on the side.
Very good eats.
