Do you buy smoothies? Do you make your own?
I've never bought one, but I love making them.
I'm drinking one right now. I have blueberries in the freezer which are really good for you. I added a banana, strawberry yogurt, and a little mango juice.
It is so yummy and very healthy. Okay, my son would tell me the flavored yogurts are not the best to eat, but it is what it is.
Lots of different fruits make a good smoothie. And it's definitely better for me than that Snicker bar that's calling my name.

@1creekgirl - I remember that I always added a banana, strawberries if available, no juices.

I love smoothies and make them almost every day in summer. I only make fruit smoothies. Some people add veggies but I would never drink a veggie one.

I make a smoothie for my mom every week . . . with strawberries, blueberries, banana, almond milk - and some protein powder. The kids like it minus the protein powder - and with yogurt or kefir instead of almond milk. Oh my gosh, I love Snickers

@1creekgirl She doesn't cook as much as she used to - using a blender is such a hassle for her. She enjoys her smoothie and makes it last a few days

@1creekgirl As long as you include a sweet fruit you don’t get a veggie taste. It may look funny, but it won’t taste funny.

I don’t know if what I make qualifies as a smoothie or sorbet…or just “pulverized frozen fruit.”
I haven’t had a smoothie in a long time, I think since I walked to Smoothie King (near where I get my car serviced). It was very good. I tend to prefer just the frozen fruit in the blender, with enough water to “soften” it a little, and no yogurt.

That sounds good, too. Fruit like that is easier to digest.

Pretty loves smoothies and makes them often. She keeps bananas, blueberries and strawberries in the freezer so she can make them whenever she feels like one. (I don't care for smoothies.)
I hope you enjoyed your smoothie.

I don't make my own. I tried one time and I didn't make it good. I buy them. I do eat flavored yogurt.

All I put is a handful of blueberries, a small container of strawberry yogurt, a banana, and a little juice.

I don’t have them often but used to make my own. Depending on the fruit I had , I had a different combination every time.

They're usually easy to digest and so refreshing. They don't have to be complicated.

I like making banana smoothies. Of course, that snickers bar sounds mighty good too.
