Less Than 24 Hours

At 4am tomorrow my sister and her family will pick me up (they are staying at my dad’s tonight). We’re finally leaving to go to Disneyland. I’m getting my lumbar pillow designed for cars, my Magnesium Glycinate (to avoid another disaster), and everything else ready to go. I managed to fit 8 or 9 days of clothes in a medium size suitcase so I’m happy about that.
Honestly, my biggest concern is hitting someone with the scooter I’ll be using at Disneyland and California Adventure Park. I am not accustomed to one, and I really really wish I could just walk. I try not to dwell on how sad it makes me that I can walk so little these days.
Anyway, enough gloom. You know I can’t wait to be with my nieces and nephew!

Have a great day1. But from my experience, after some time we have to accept scooters and canes.

Have a wonderful trip and don't stress about the scooter. You'll do fine and I bet you'll be happy to be able to ride around and not have to do all that walking. Change are your nieces and nephew will be asking for a ride

Neat T shirt. My mother told me she hit a woman's cart with her scooter at Walmart. Yikes.. I asked how that happened, and she never answered. At her age, even though it is impressive I wish she wasn't driving to Walmart and shopping by herself, but it gets her away from my dad..so I imagine it is good for her.
