I Ate Too Much

So I didn't feel like doing anything when we got home. I was even late feeding the chickens their afternoon meal. But I think they forgave me for that 
.
I did start experimenting with a couple of different ways to hang the heat lamp this afternoon. I think I have that worked out now. It will just be putting everything together. I will get that at least started tomorrow.

We had an at home day that was badly needed. I didn't get a lot accomplished, but I needed a day at home. Heat lamps are a good idea to keep babies warm.

Did you finally cook that young rooster for dinner? 
I'm not feeling my best this evening but hope I'm feeling better by tomorrow. I have an early doctor appointment. We'll need to leave at 8 am to get to the appointment on time in Springfield and I don't want to be sick for this first visit to the new Endo.

I wonder if you get enough sunlight for solar lights? Those could help sometimes without you paying for electricity. I remember too well stringing a power cord from the house so that our hens were warmer.
