This is a picture of him from a couple of months ago. Now he is a lot thinner but gaining it back. We actually thought we were going to lose him on Halloween. Right after that is when he lost control of potty. We are now thinking he had a bad heart attack or stroke. Poor boy didn't eat for a few days but started slowly getting his strength back. He is now back to eating and drinking normally. I am still keeping the doggie wraps on him but the last few days he has kept them dry. Glad we waited and didn't call the vet. He actually met me this morning when I came in from doing chores. He hadn't done that since Halloween.
We will be going soon to get the kittens. I am hoping the rain has stopped by then. It's warmish out for now.
I don't have anything else to do today. Hope you have a good day.

He's getting up there in years... I'm glad he's doing better now. I'm sure he'll enjoy the new kitties as much as you do.

I'm really glad he's doing better and hope as each day passes he gets back to his old self. It's sad when our pets are suffering.

I am glad he allowed a bit and I hope you can have some more quality time with your Duke. I know it’s hard to see them failing. Hang in there, Duke!

Aww sounds like he has been through a lot. It’s a miracle he recovered. I’m glad she is doing better and hope he continues to improve.
